Join us for an informational OC-DSA “Know Your Rights” presentation designed to empower tenants and immigrant communities in Anaheim. This session will cover relevant terms, key constitutional amendments, and the rights they protect.
Attendees will learn about California’s immigrant protections, including sanctuary and transparency laws, as well as specific tenant rights for immigrants facing housing discrimination. This workshop provides crucial knowledge to help you stay safe.
In addition, Stephanie S. Germani, a San Diego-based attorney, brings her expertise in landlord-tenant law to answer your most pressing questions about tenant rights and responsibilities, including key protections under the Tenant Protection Act.
